By accessing or using the Peskot application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
This app is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store from which you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is available to users of all ages. Certain features, including chat and account registration, require users to be at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 may play as guests without creating an account.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may use the Service as a guest without creating an account. Guest users can play games and view the leaderboard, but cannot access chat or social features.

You may not create more than one registered account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Peskot provides an online multiplayer platform for the card game Hokm. The game is played between teams of two players each. Game rules, scoring, and mechanics are defined within the application and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
Points are a score that reflects your progress in the app. They are not currency, not chips, and not credits. Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value.
Peskot is a free social card game. The app does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, or any game of chance for money or prizes. No money, goods, or items of real-world value are ever involved.
All points are earned for free through gameplay, daily bonuses, achievements, and promotional events. Points are awarded only to match winners — no points are deducted from any player for any reason.
Points serve as a personal score and ranking signal on the leaderboard. We reserve the right to adjust how points are awarded at any time.
The Service allows players to send animated virtual gifts to other players. Gifts are purely cosmetic and for entertainment purposes. Gifts have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or points. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove gifts at any time.
The Service includes in-game chat features (quick messages during gameplay and global chat). You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. You must not use chat to harass, threaten, spam, or send offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. We reserve the right to monitor chat for safety purposes and to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Reporting:You can report any player for abusive or inappropriate behavior by long-pressing their avatar during a game, tapping their profile and selecting "Report", or by contacting support@peskot.com. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Blocking: You can block any player by long-pressing their avatar during a game, or from their profile. Blocked players will be removed from your game experience immediately.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or forfeiture of points, at our sole discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, logos, animations, text, and software — are owned by Peskot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
By submitting content through the Service (such as chat messages, usernames, or profile information), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time directly from the app by navigating to Profile → Delete My Account. Account deletion is permanent and will erase all your data, points, and game history. This action cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any points remaining in your account at the time of termination are forfeited.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not responsible for any loss of points, game progress, or data resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peskot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of points, data, or profits.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
